Fridge — Support

Fridge puts a sticky note on your iPhone lock screen so you cannot miss it.

My note disappeared from the lock screen.

The large note is a Live Activity, and iOS ends those after about eight hours. Add the Fridge widget under your clock — open Fridge and tap Make it permanent for the steps. The widget never expires, so your note stays put.

The note isn't on my Apple Watch, or I don't want it there.

Open Fridge, and under the lock screen preview choose Widget only. Widgets never mirror to the Watch. Live note mode does mirror, and iOS gives apps no way to turn that off.

I can't tick a box from the lock screen.

Make sure the style is set to Live note (not Widget only), and tap directly on the checkbox.

How do I get Fridge Plus, or restore it?

Tap any locked design to open the paywall. You can try everything free for 7 days, then choose monthly, yearly, or a one-time lifetime purchase. To restore on a new device, open Settings inside Fridge and tap Restore purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel them in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. The lifetime option never renews.
